Our Services

 

Warranty

DomeLease has created a new extended warranty which is included in each package pricing. This warranty covers substantial defects in dome materials and workmanship for one year from date of shipment.  For electronic accessories, the limited warranty has also be extended to one full year.  In the event of such defects, Technical Innovations will repair or replace the part at no charge or provide free repair material to you.

The warranty does not cover any problems, which result from improper transportation or set-up of the HOME-DOME/PRO-DOME, abuse, misuse or acts of God (such as flood.)  Also, consequential or incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty.  Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

In addition, the duration of the implied warranties of Merchantability and Fitness for a Particular Purpose is limited to one year.  Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.  This warranty is available only to the original purchaser, and any sale or transfer voids all warranties provided.

 

Finally, these warranties are void in the following circumstances:  1) the HOME-DOME/PRO-DOME is not assembled and installed according to the directions; and, 2) the HOME-DOME/PRO-DOME is not installed in accordance with local building code.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary, from state to state.

 

Customer Service

DomeLease pledges to provide the same high level of Customer Service Technical Innovations is known for. We are available by telephone from 8am to 6pm EST Monday through Friday. Messages left after hours or on holidays and weekends, will be returned on a timely basis the next business day. Emails can be sent 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and will be responded to in a timely manner.

 

Technical Support

DomeLease customers will have available the same Technical Support programs as Technical Innovations dome owners. Technical Support technicians are available by telephone from 8am to 6pm EST Monday through Friday. Messages left after hours or on holidays and weekends, will be returned on a timely basis the next business day. Emails can be sent 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and will be responded to in a timely manner. DomeLease has a fully staffed repair center which includes an electronics bench with two dome simulators. Techs also have a fully operational PD6 observatory in the shop for final testing as needed.

 

On the rare occasion when technical issues cannot be resolved in the on-site facility, DomeLease has external resources available.
